Expiry reminders

Compliance work in transport is mostly collecting things: files from tachographs, photos of documents, dates written on papers kept in a drawer. TAFI Agent gathers them while the trip runs and keeps each one next to the vehicle, driver and order it belongs to.
When a document is about to expire, the fleet dashboard shows it together with the truck affected. Workshop visits can be booked in the calendar, so no trip is assigned to a truck that will be off the road.

What do I need for remote tachograph downloads?
A GPS tracker in the vehicle that supports remote download, and the company card in a standard CCID reader on an office PC running the free Tafi Card Authenticator.
Which documents can I track?
Technical inspection, RCA and CASCO insurance, road vignettes and the kilometres left to the next service for every truck, plus the documents attached to each trip.
Does it handle e-Transport UIT in Romania?
Yes. UIT declarations are sent to ANAF in the background as trips are created.
How do mechanics hear about defects?
Drivers report them from the app or the Telegram bot, and the mechanic is notified automatically; the defect then moves through new, in progress, scheduled and resolved.
