Fuel, road tolls and the real cost of every trip
Fuel and tolls are the largest variable costs in road freight. TAFI Agent puts them next to the trip they belong to, so you see a trip's profit, not just its price.
Where the money goes
Every cost lands on a truck, a driver and a trip.
Fuel card transactions
Eurowag card transactions arrive every day and are matched to the truck, driver and trip; differences against the driver's receipts are flagged.
Receipts from a photo
The driver photographs a fuel or toll receipt; the date, quantity, price, location and receipt number are extracted for the office to confirm.
Fuel anomalies
Refuels without proof, sudden drops in tank level and consumption above the truck's own average are highlighted automatically.
Road tolls per route
Tolls are estimated country by country for the planned route, so a quote is built on the road the truck will actually take.
Vignettes
Vignette validity is tracked per truck for Romania and the other countries you drive through, with a warning 14 days before expiry.
Profit per trip
Revenue minus fuel, road tolls, the driver's pay, the truck's fixed cost and overhead — ranked from the most profitable trips to the loss-makers, with an A–F grade.

Find the trips that lose money
A trip can look good on the order and still lose money once fuel, tolls and empty kilometres are counted. Grouping profitability by vehicle, driver, client and corridor shows which lanes to renegotiate and which clients are worth the time.
Alert thresholds for large amounts — for example a single refuel above a limit you choose — send a notification as soon as the transaction arrives, while there is still time to ask about it.

Which fuel cards are supported?
Eurowag transactions are imported automatically every day. Statements from other card providers, such as IDS, can be imported as files.
How are road tolls calculated?
They are estimated for the planned route, country by country, using the truck's profile.
Can drivers hand in receipts without paper?
Yes. A photo from the Tafi Driver app or the Telegram bot is enough; the data is extracted automatically and checked by the office.
How is the profit of a trip calculated?
Revenue minus real fuel, road tolls, the driver's allocated pay, the truck's fixed cost and overhead.
