Transport orders and dispatch in one planner
From the client's order PDF to a truck on the road: create the order, pick an available truck and driver, plan a route the truck can drive and follow it to delivery.
What the planner does
One record per order, from the first email to the invoice.
Orders straight from a PDF
Upload the client's transport order and the loading and unloading points, dates, cargo and weight are extracted for you to check and save.
Only available resources
When you assign an order you are offered the trucks and drivers that are free for that period. A separate view shows which trucks are free on which days.
Routes built for the truck
Height, weight and tonnage are part of the route calculation, so a 40-tonne vehicle is not sent down a road it cannot use.
The route lands in the cab
The planned route goes to the driver's app and navigation, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto — no screenshots, no phone calls.
Clear statuses
Each order moves from pending to active to completed, and the planner filters by status, client, driver or plate number.
Trip verification
Finished trips are checked against the evidence — unloading confirmed, CMR photographed — before they move on to invoicing.

Why a TMS instead of spreadsheets and messengers
In many transport companies the order lives in an email, the plan in a spreadsheet, the route in a messenger chat and the proof of delivery in the driver's cab. Every hand-off is a chance to re-type something wrong.
TAFI Agent keeps the order as one record. The stops the dispatcher planned are the ones the driver sees, the ones the GPS confirms and the ones the invoice is built from.
Because the trip is connected to its costs, the planner also shows what it earned: revenue against fuel, road tolls, the driver's pay and the truck's fixed costs — per trip, vehicle, driver, client or corridor.
Frequently asked questions
Can orders be managed from a phone?
Yes. In the mobile app a dispatcher can import a transport order from a PDF, allocate it to a truck, edit its stops and check the fleet calendar.
When is a trip considered finished?
When there is real delivery evidence — the unloading confirmed by the driver and the documents attached. It then goes through trip verification before invoicing.
Does route planning respect truck restrictions?
Yes. Vehicle height, weight and tonnage are part of the calculation, and road tolls are estimated per country for the planned route.
Can I see which trucks are free next week?
Yes. The free-trucks view and the fleet calendar show availability day by day.
